Dr. Michael J. McCoy, Chief Health Information Officer in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), will discuss national HIT policy for the post-Meaningful Use 3 future and its impact on care delivery.


Craig Brammer, CEO of a three-organization healthcare transformation collaborative in the Greater Cincinnati area, will share his “on the ground” perspective about how policy and regional implementation intersect to improve quality. Craig will present insights gathered from his role guiding HealthBridge, an HIE that serves over 3 million patients, the Greater Cincinnati Health Council, a best-practice collaboration forum for hospitals and long-term care facilities, and the Health Collaborative, a multi-stakeholder health improvement group.
